N-Spark offers two levels of development – a basic and an advanced module. Both are designed around the real challenges of your business and combine practical knowledge, work with experts, and the opportunity to apply what you have learned directly in your company.
The Basic module sets the foundation – you develop an entrepreneurial mindset, learn how to use AI, and turn new ideas into concrete actions.
The Advanced module builds on this foundation with more in-depth work on leadership, strategic management, and digital transformation. It includes all tracks from the basic module plus two additional tracks.
In both modules, you work with experts, exchange experience with other MSMEs, and develop solutions tailored to the real needs of your business.

Basic Module
Two tracks. Practical knowledge. Real business actions.
The Basic module includes two tracks that will help you develop an entrepreneurial mindset, use AI more effectively, and turn new ideas into concrete actions. This is not typical training – you work directly on the real challenges and opportunities facing your business.
The module is conducted in a hybrid format – a combination of online and in-person individual meetings with an expert and group sessions with other MSMEs, where you will exchange experience, ideas, and best practices.
You will receive practical tools and guidance that you can apply immediately to make better decisions, manage change, and work more efficiently.

Entrepreneurial Thinking and Change Management

Develop a proactive approach to business development and learn how to turn new ideas into real actions. With practical tools, coaching, and expert guidance, you will assess your company's readiness for change, identify potential challenges, and develop a specific action plan tailored to your business goals.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) for MSME Growth
Use AI smarter. Save time. Grow your business.
Learn how to use artificial intelligence for real business tasks — from creating effective prompts and choosing the right AI tools to automating repetitive workflows. You will build your own library of prompts and practical AI applications tailored to your business needs, and learn how to implement it responsibly and effectively.
Duration: 8 weeks
Duration and time commitment
The Basic module lasts 16 weeks (8+8), with a time commitment of about 4 hours per week. The schedule is tailored to your daily routine so that you can apply what you have learned in practice without putting your business on the back burner.
Advanced Module
Upgrade your knowledge. Expand your opportunities. Act even more confidently.
The Advanced module builds on the foundations laid in the basic module and helps you deepen the management and digital skills necessary for the development of your business.
It includes both tracks from the basic module, as well as two additional ones: “Leadership and Strategic Management” and “Digital Transformation and Technologies”. This gives you the opportunity to upgrade your knowledge and apply it to more complex managerial, technological, and strategic challenges.
The module is conducted in a hybrid format – a combination of online and in-person group sessions, individual consultations with experts, and work on specific tasks related to your business.

Develop the skills necessary for effective management of people, resources, and business development. You will work on leadership, attracting and retaining talent, financial management, and strategic planning, as well as on opportunities for expanding the business into international markets.

Digital Transformation
Digitize your business. Use technology effectively. Be ready for the future.
Learn how to use digital technologies, AI, and data to optimize key business processes, increase productivity, and make more informed management decisions. With expert guidance, you will develop a specific plan for digital transformation and technological development, tailored to the needs, goals, and capabilities of your company.

Duration and time commitment
The Advanced module includes the basic module plus two additional tracks, each with a duration of 8 weeks.
The total duration of the full program is 32 weeks (4 × 8 weeks), with a time commitment of about 4 hours per week. The format and schedule are tailored to the daily lives of MSME owners and managers, so that you can work on real business tasks and apply what you have learned in practice without the program becoming an additional burden on your daily work.
