Supporting documentation for pre-approved applications
Once your initial application has been reviewed and pre-approved, you will be invited to submit supporting documentation that officially confirms your eligibility. The documents are divided into two groups: those mandatory for all applicants, and those required only based on the specific circumstances of your company.
Mandatory nso-nacedocuments
All applicants must submit these documents at the document upload stage before their final entry into the N-SPARK program.
Sample 1 - Application for Participation Mandatory
The main application form. To be completed online through our system; you will receive a copy for review and official signature.
Sample 2 - SME Declaration Mandatory
The first document is a form for filling out the Declaration of circumstances under Art. 3 and Art. 4 of the SME Act. The second is a 15-page guide with examples and illustrations to help you with the completion.
Sample 4 — De Minimis Aid Declaration Mandatory
Declaration of de minimis aid received and absence of double funding.
Sample 5 - GDPR Consent Mandatory
Consent for the processing of personal data.
Certificate of Economic Activity Code (CEA) Mandatory
Issued by the National Statistical Institute (NSI).
Proof of activity in Northern Bulgaria Mandatory
Any document showing your company operates in one of the 14 Northern oblasts (e.g. municipal tax certificate, lease agreement).
Conditional documents
The following documents may be required depending on your company's legal form and our internal verification of public registers. You do not need to decide which apply — our system will request only the relevant documents at the upload stage.
Sample 3 - SME Parameters Worksheet Conditional
If your company is a partner or linked enterprise.
Annual Financial Reports - Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Employment Report Conditional
For the last two completed financial years. BSMEPA will first verify these reports through public registers. If they cannot be located, applicants will be required to upload them at the document submission stage. This also applies to any linked or partner enterprises.
Articles of Association / Founding Act Conditional
If you are a partner/linked ООД, ЕООД, СД, КД, КДА, variable-capital company, or cooperative — and the document is not available in the Commercial Register.
Extract from the Shareholders' Register Conditional
If you are a partner/linked АД with registered shares or КДА — and not available in the Commercial Register.
Statement of Company Capital Distribution Conditional
If you are a partner/linked joint-stock company (АД) — and not available in the Commercial Register.
Extract from the Partners' Register Conditional
If you are a partner/linked variable-capital company — and not available in the Commercial Register.
Tax Liability Certificate (Art. 87(6) DOPK) Conditional
Only if our internal check identifies outstanding public liabilities.
