N-Spark in action: 22 companies turn entrepreneurial thinking into concrete business steps

During the second practical session of the "Entrepreneurial Thinking" module, 22 companies analyzed real business challenges and formulated concrete next steps with the support of experts.

A total of 22 companies from Northern Bulgaria continued their work in the N-Spark program with the second practical session of the "Entrepreneurial Thinking" module. The session was opened by Dr. Boyko Takov, Executive Director of the Bulgarian Small and Medium Enterprises Promotion Agency.

Instead of working on abstract examples, participants analyzed their own companies and the real challenges facing their development. Using interactive digital tools, they explored the mindsets, habits, and work patterns that either support their business or limit its potential.

The active exchange of experience and collaborative work with experts helped the companies turn their findings into concrete next steps, directly applicable to their daily operations.

The "Entrepreneurial Thinking" module is part of a series of practical trainings within N-Spark, aimed at developing management capacity, upgrading business skills, and supporting the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises.

N-Spark stands out from traditional training with its practical approach: participants work on their own business, receive expert support, and create solutions that can be applied immediately after each session.

The N-Spark program is part of the "Growing North" initiative and is implemented by BSMEPA in partnership with the World Bank.
