From 8 September to 16 October 2026, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in Northern Bulgaria can apply to participate in N-Spark free of charge. N-Spark is a practical programme designed to strengthen management capacity and support AI adoption and digital transformation.
Applications for the new edition of N-Spark open on 8 September. The programme is designed for companies seeking to grow their business, improve their management practices and make more effective use of artificial intelligence and digital technologies.
N-Spark is not a traditional training programme or consultancy service. Participants work on real challenges within their own companies, gain practical knowledge and receive expert support, turning what they learn into concrete solutions for their businesses.
What does N-Spark offer?
The programme combines group training, one-to-one work with experts and opportunities to apply the learning directly within the company. It follows a hybrid format that includes both online and in-person sessions.
Participants can choose between two programme levels:
Basic Module – 16 weeks
- Entrepreneurial Thinking and Change Management
- Artificial Intelligence for SME Growth
Extended Module – 32 weeks
The Extended Module includes the areas covered in the Basic Module and builds on them with:
- Leadership and Strategic Management
- Digital Transformation and Technologies
The average time commitment is approximately four hours per week, and participation in the programme is completely free of charge.
Who is the programme for?
N-Spark is designed for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises in the districts of Vidin, Vratsa, Montana, Pleven, Lovech, Gabrovo, Veliko Tarnovo, Ruse, Razgrad, Targovishte, Silistra, Dobrich, Shumen and Varna.
The programme is suitable for companies that:
- want to grow but need a clearer direction;
- have an idea but are unsure how to turn it into a workable plan;
- want to introduce AI and digital solutions into their operations;
- are looking for ways to improve their management and business processes;
- want to develop their team and organisation with expert support.
